Find the intuition.
Clear explanations, useful questions, and connections to what you already know. Build a mental model before a machine learning model.
A small world. A world of possibilities.
Explore chemistry, biology, and machine learning through free, hands-on lessons.
01 THE COURSE MAP
Build your foundations, then follow the connections into molecules, living systems, and the models that help us understand them.

02 THE CREATOR’S NOTE
Chemistry, biology, and machine learning meet in fascinating ways. I’m writing these notes to make those ideas easier to explore, and to share what I learn along the way.
I’m a chemical engineering graduate now studying bioinformatics. My experience in computational chemistry, data science, and AI engineering has made me curious about the connections between these fields.
This is a growing collection of ideas, experiments, and things I wish I’d understood sooner. If you’re curious too, you’re in the right place.
03 THE WAY WE LEARN
Bring your background in code, chemistry, biology, or maths. Build the connections you’re missing.
Clear explanations, useful questions, and connections to what you already know. Build a mental model before a machine learning model.
Run real code, explore real datasets, and open the labs in Colab. Change something. See what happens. Learn from the result.
Test your intuition with exercises, reveal solutions when you’re ready, and carry what you’ve learned into a new discipline.
Basic Python. Introductory maths. A willingness to explore.
